Even the couple's daughter Emily, who is now in high school, remembers staying late to decorate the restaurant with shiny sugar skulls, glistening star lights, and every ceramic turtle she could find, when she was just in the second grade. And to this day, the family still loves adding new decor coming straight from local artists, and full of love straight from Mexico.
